Did a Great Job
I needed my cut fixed, and I was able to get in the same day I called (today), which is always a plus since I hate waiting. Kimmy cut my hair and did a great job. She was easy to talk to and friendly. The price was awesome compared to 60-100+ I've seen at some of the other salons. I will definitely be returning to this salon in the future.

I found this salon when they agreed to squeeze me in one day even though they were fully booked and it was Christmas time... I think they could hear the desperation in my voice, lol! That was 2 years ago and I haven't gone to another salon since! Diane is very talented and I can honestly say my hair has never looked better... Great Place
Took my daughter in for a short haircut; she was kind of nervous getting it cut that short. They took their time cutting it off and asked her if she wanted it shorter as they went along. She ended up with even shorter hair than she thought she was going for... Only because she really loved the cut! Daughter is happy which is awesome. I thought she'd cry. Great place! I'm going for my next haircut there.

Amazing Stylist
I just recently got my hair done from a stylist Peewee (Kiwi), and I must say she's absolutely amazing!! I went into the salon and wanted a certain look; she gave me her honest professional opinion and so I went with it and let her take charge. During the whole process she made me feel at ease, and really took care of me. At the end of it all I absolutely loved my hair. I've had my hair dyed multiple times before, and every time I've done it, it's never been like this!!! I've had the best experience at Skye and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!! I've had compliments everywhere I go, and let's face it... who doesn't like compliments? I've never written a review before but Kiwi deserves this one; she's my permanent hair stylist!!

One more thing to add; we stayed past closing for 2 hours and she still trimmed AND styled it at no charge! Thanks Skye and amazing stylist Kiwi :)

Totally Blown Away

Just got my hair ombre'd here after checking out the great reviews and their instagram. What can I say, I'm totally blown away on how professional their service is (recommend to book an appointment in advance) and how they really know what they do for your hair. As a newbie to Langley City, I really appreciated the staff and central location. When you're having your hair washed, you'll have a wonderful view of the classy chandeliers. Amanda efficiently thinned the heavy areas and kept enough length in the front for a tapered bob.

Amazing Experience

Came here 2 months ago for a cut with Diane- She was super sweet and helpful. She spent time with me trying to figure out what exactly I had in mind. My hair ended up coming out Amazing! I went two weeks later to have my hair highlighted and that too came out perfect. Overall they are super nice, hardworking people that do the best they can for their customers. Oh and their prices are very affordable too!

Best Hair Salon

This place is the best hair salon I've been to! I've always had issues with every other hair salon. Most places take a look at my hair and tell me what I should do, then they do it anyway even after I've said not to. So I have become very careful in picking salons.

I've been here a couple times now and I recommend Dianne (I'm not sure how she spells her name, heh). She is very lovely! She always listens to what I say, but she also gives her professional advice as well. She never just starts cutting, and even when she does, she asks a lot of question to make sure she doesn't do something you don't want. She's very careful and I really appreciate that, as I've had many bad cuts in my life. She has also dyed my hair, and it's been the first time I have ever been really pleased with the results! Also, she never over charges! Which my wallet thanks her for, haha. =)

Beautiful Job Done

I was in Langely and decided to get my hair permed. I am in my 70's and have never had my hair permed. I have very thick course hair, and I have been used to walking into a salon, and the look that each staff member gives to each other, like, "You go not me" I stand there and wait for who is going to do my hair. But not at Skye Hair Salon, right away I was made to feel very important. Alicia had no hesitation at all. She did a beautiful job and also made me feel relaxed. I came away feeling great, and my family and friends could not get over the difference in my hair, in fact 3 other seniors ask about where I got it done, and now they want to come to Alicia too. I felt right away, without a doubt that she just knew what to do with my hair, and that is what seniors want to feel when getting hair done. I can’t wait for my hair to grow out so I can come in and have another perm. Good job Alicia

Delightfully Different

Well I'm impressed! - and I can be a tough cookie......First time there - Gave Amanda "carte blanche" as I'm not a rookie and wanted to see what she could do. She listened patiently to me telling her what has not worked in the past and gave her go-ahead to play....cut and colour ......Colour was excellent, suiting my skin tones (and hiding the grey) and the cut was flattering and delightfully different from what Ive been sporting lately. A successful total makeover!!! Best part was I have paid a lot more for a lot worse....so altogether great value, great service, great cut n' colour! Cheers Amanda....

Satisfied Husband and Wife

After reading your reviews, I went to Susan for a cut. My hair is very fine and if not cut properly, it's a lot of work to keep looking good, often ended up trimming my own hair to make it easier to manage. Susan did a wonderful job, so happy to have found her! My husband's barber recently retired, and he's now going to Susan as well -- he's absolutely ecstatic with the results. While we're not wearing matching sweatsuits yet, we'll both be seeing Susan on a regular basis.

Nice Shop, Staff and Coffee

I was depressed that my hair was so yucky with grey... Just visiting my daughter in Langley so I googled hair salons. This one had good reviews and we found it walking from the library. So happy to be able to get highlights on a Saturday! Nice shop, cheerful staff, good coffee, and I left with a purple strip too. What fun.

Great for Kids

I took my 8 year old son here for a haircut today. We were about 45 min early for our appt and they took us right away with no problem. The girl was really good with him! She did a great job (he needed a trim and didn't want it too short) and styled it for him after. He was excited about the lollipop he got to pick out too! I was excited about the price - $12!

Great Experience While Taking a Chance

I highly recommend the Skye Hair salon. I stopped by as a walk in and after chatting about my requirements for a haircut/style with the manager, Susan, I felt confident about getting a good cut, so I took a chance. I have very fine hair which is sometimes difficult to cut properly. Susan listened to how I wanted it cut and then proceeded to do exactly as requested. I will definitely return for my haircuts in the future.
